The Church of England (Continuing) is an association of Anglican churches not in communion with the see of Canterbury. The denomination holds to the Protestant, Reformed faith as set forth in the Articles, Prayer Book, Ordinal, and Homilies. The denomination does not practise the ordination of women.

 Each congregation has a strong commitment to biblical preaching and evangelism. Members of the four churches are strongly encouraged to join the monthly denominational prayer meeting on Zoom.

 The denomination’s Annual Meeting takes place each summer, and its Annual Conference happens each autumn, both at St Mary’s Church, Castle Street, Reading.
